Meet the founders of Parents You've Got This
Parenting is tough. It’s a full time job that we can’t study for. The stakes are high. There are no holidays or weekends or sick days. It is relentless and beautiful and Mamas Christy Hopwood and Freya Owen want to help you navigate the first year of parenthood and beyond.

Freya and Christy met through a local kindergarten and connected over a passion to help other parents and cuddle babies. The traditional support systems of 'The Village' didn't seem to exist anymore and expert information was hard to find.
​
There are courses for every job in life except the most important role of all. So they created the very first evidenced-based Masterclass program to empower parents as they go through the biggest change in their lives and to give them a hand in the early years of parenthood.
Every baby is different. With seven children between them, Christy and Freya have consulted countless experts and are confident they have picked the best in the business to ensure Parents You've Got This.

Parents You’ve Got This (PYGT) was initially named Mama You've Got This when it launched in 2019 but was renamed to Parents You've Got This as the brand evolved to truly reflect the inclusive nature of the program

Our mission is to make the very best expert advice accessible for all families and to provide a Village to belong. We empower parents with expert information and connect them with other parents for the journey. Together, Parents You’ve Got This!
We partner with key community and parenting organisations such as Kidsafe, Red Nose, St Kilda Mums, Caring Mums, PANDA (Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia) and many of Australia's leading experts providing you with one destination for trusted evidence-based parenting education and expert parenting advice.
Many of our Masterclasses and Insta Lives are free and we provide Masterclass tickets to community groups.
Together, through every stage of the early parenting journey we can feel like we have got this parenting gig.
